Enhancing Academic–Practice Partnerships With Age-Friendly Health Systems: Overview of the Revisiting the Teaching Nursing Home Pilot Initiative (2021 to 2023)
The momentum and promising outcomes of the pilot have resulted in the expansion of the initiative's Phase II (2023-2026), which aims to deepen relationships between schools of nursing and nursing homes across Pennsylvania and the country.
