ANÁLISE DE VIABILIDADE E CONCEPÇÃO DE UMA MÁQUINA DE ENVASE AUTOMATIZADA DE BAIXO CUSTO PARA PEQUENAS EMPRESAS

This paper presents the development and feasibility analysis of a low-cost automated filling machine designed for micro and small enterprises. The project aims to provide an accessible, efficient, and replicable solution capable of increasing productivity without compromising financial sustainability. The proposed system eliminates pneumatic components, using only electrical actuators controlled by a Delta DVP-14SS2 PLC, which manages a 800 L/h pump, solenoid valves, and capacitive and photoelectric sensors. The sequential filling design enables the filling of four bottles per cycle, achieving an estimated productivity of 3,600 units per hour, with a total cost up to 60% lower than comparable industrial machines. The methodology included benchmarking, technical requirements definition, and the 5W2H analysis tool, ensuring a technically feasible and safe design aligned with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). The results demonstrate that the proposed system represents an economically viable automation alternative for small-scale producers.
