RONALD DWORKIN E A TEORIA DOS ERROS NAS DECISÕES JUDICIAIS
This article aims to present the theoretical framework developed by Ronald Dworkin on the theory of errors in judicial decisions, using multidisciplinary technical literature as qualitative exploratory analysis methodology on the subject. The purpose was to investigate which recurring errors in judicial decisions can cause distrust and insecurity in society. The main objective was to aggregate an epistemological repertoire of concepts to support the behavior of procedural actors. Finally, it can be concluded that Dworkin's theory of errors is essential for the training of legal professionals and an essential condition for a candidate's entry into the judiciary.
