DIRECTIONS AND FEATURES OF LAND USE TO RESTORE TRANSPORT INFRASTRUCTURE ATTHE REGIONAL LEVEL IN THE GEOECOLOGICAL MONITORING SYSTEM

The relevance of the research topic is determined by the need to develop and conduct a modern system of geoecological monitoring, which is based on the application of methods of mathematical and geoinformation modeling. The purpose of the study is to identify directions and to distinguish the features of land use to restore the transport infrastructure at the regional level in the geoecological monitoring system. To achieve this goal, the following tasks are solved: the condition and directions of land use in modern conditions are characterized; The impact of the consequences of Russian aggression on the level of land use was revealed, the peculiarities of the functioning of the transport infrastructure for the development and implementation of geoecological monitoring are determined. In recent years, in the field of land use of the transport infrastructure of the regions, taking into account the impact of environmental factors has established: reduction of land efficiency at the regional level; Deformation processes on the directions and features of land distribution are observed; the institutional problem aspects of land use at the regional level are distinguished; the efficiency of stakeholder relations in the sphere of land use is reduced; regional imbalance occurs on land use, where land use levels in the western regions are increasing and decreasing in the eastern and southern; there is a significant impact of the consequences of Russian aggression on land distribution and use, especially in the eastern and southern regions; In recent years, the functioning of the transport sphere has been slowed down, the efficiency and effectiveness of its activity is reduced; the level of implementation of infrastructure projects in the transport sphere is reduced; the level of efficiency of distribution and use of transport infrastructure is reduced; environmental imbalances and deformation processes at the regional level are observed; the level of environmental safety is reduced. In order to characterize the directions and features of land use to restore the transport infrastructure at the regional level in the system of geoecological monitoring, the transformation of valuation procedures of real estate, land, land improvements should be proposed, using the results of the real estate market analysis.
