Palladium‐Catalyzed Stereoselective Difunctionalization of Skipped 1,4‐Enynes With Imines and Organoboronic Acids

Presented herein is a palladium-catalyzed three-component reaction involving skipped 1,4-enynes, imines and organoboronic acids, proceeding in a cascade isomerization, vinylogous addition and Suzuki coupling process. A range of chiral homoallylic amines are constructed in moderate to good yields with excellent regio- and (E,E)-selectivity and fair to high enantioselectivity.
