The results, in terms of the degree of agreement between experts, had a significance between 0.80 and 0.97, using the Kendal coefficient; reliability was 0.94, obtained using the Cronbach coefficient; and validity, determined using the Delphi technique, had results of clarity 93.93%, relevance 100%, and coherence 96.96%. The results obtained confirm the excellent reliability and validity of the modified questionnaire.
