The content of individual markers of inflammatory process activity depending on the type and severity of hemostasis disorders induced by herpes infection in children
Annotation. To date, a lot of data has been accumulated on the role of inflammation in the formation of coagulopathies in various pathologies, but the specifics of these relationships in the context of herpes infection, especially taking into account the types and severity of haemostatic disorders in paediatric practice, have not been sufficiently studied. The aim of the study was to determine the content of certain markers of inflammatory process activity depending on the type and severity of hemostatic disorders induced by hepatitis infection in children and analyze connection between. To achieve this goal, we examined 100 children aged 0 to 18 years at the Onco-Haematology Department of the Vinnytsia Regional Children's Clinical Hospital of the Vinnytsia Regional Council. For comparison purposes, we examined 40 practically healthy children. All the subjects underwent general clinical examinations, determination of CRP, IL-1 and IL-6 levels. The study revealed a significant difference between the indicators of inflammatory markers and types of haemostatic disorders induced by herpes infection in children. Thus, the levels of CRP, IL-1 and IL-6 were higher in children with thrombocytosis and vasopathy compared to patients with thrombocytopenia. So, the study revealed the presence of significant changes in certain markers of inflammatory process activity, CRP, IL-1 and IL-6 in children with haemostatic disorders such as thrombocytopenia, thrombocytosis and vasopathy induced by herpes infection.
