Risk Assessment and Countermeasures for the Operation of Urban Distribution Networks under Rainstorm Disasters
Due to global warming and climate change, extreme weather occurs more and more frequently. Urban waterlogging disasters caused by extreme rainstorms pose a serious threat to the power system. It is extremely urgent to reduce the failure losses of urban distribution networks under extreme rainstorm disasters. In this paper, the Infoworks ICM software is used to simulate urban flooding in the area where the distribution network is located. A component failure model under urban flooding is proposed, and a method for calculating the risk indicators of the distribution network is combined with the mixed Monte Carlo sampling method. In order to reduce the fault losses of urban distribution networks under extreme rainstorm disasters, measures such as allocating emergency resources and raising the flood prevention level have been proposed to enhance the resilience of distribution networks. Finally, simulations were carried out on the 33-node grid system, and the simulation results verified the applicability and feasibility of the proposed measures.
