Comprehensive Assessment of Extreme Weather in Distribution Networks Based on IIFT-PT-GRA
Extreme high-temperature events pose severe risks to the safe and stable operation of distribution networks. To assess network performance under such conditions, this study develops a comprehensive evaluation index system integrating reliability, safety, economic efficiency, and adaptability. A novel evaluation framework is proposed, the qualitative indexes are quantified via interval intuitionistic fuzzy theory, objective weights are determined through grey relational analysis, and prospect theory is applied to obtain the final operational assessment. Case study shows that the method effectively identifies high-risk periods, strengthens risk detection, improves the precision and discrimination of evaluations, and supports operational optimization under extreme weather conditions.
