A Two-Stage Resilience Enhancement Strategy for Distribution Networks under Forecasted Extreme Weather with Multi-Resource Coordination

In recent years, the challenge of High impact, Low probability events in distribution networks have attracted increasing attention, positioning distribution network resilience as a key research area. This paper proposes a two-stage resilience optimization strategy for distribution networks under typhoon-induced extreme weather scenarios, incorporating disaster forecasting and multi-resource coordination. First, a fault probability model is developed based on predicted typhoon trajectories. Second, a twostage optimization model is formulated, comprising pre-disaster mobile energy storage system pre-deployment and post-disaster coordinated restoration. Finally, the effectiveness of the proposed method is verified through case studies on a modified IEEE 33 bus system.
