Analysis of the Anti Electromagnetic Interference Characteristics of Domestic Chips and Their Application in Ensuring the Stability of Ultra High Voltage Flexible DC Control and Protection Device Prototype
In response to the national energy strategy requirements and the localization requirements of core chips, the application and stability guarantee of nationally produced chips in ultra-high voltage flexible DC control and protection devices were studied. A prototype of a nationwide production control and protection device based on a domestically produced Beidou baseband FPGA chip was developed with a hierarchical distributed architecture. The unique anti electromagnetic interference nonlinear response characteristics of domestic chips were analyzed, and a protection state judgment method and dynamic optimization control strategy based on multi model voting rules were proposed, achieving fast convergence and optimal configuration of protection settings. The comparative test results show that the prototype made of FPGA chips produced nationwide can efficiently protect the converter valve and provide technical support and practical verification for the stable operation of the protection device prototype when the A-phase and B-phase currents are 0 and the C-phase current remains unchanged $[-0.75 \mathrm{~A}-0.75 \mathrm{~A}]$ after being struck by lightning faults.
