Research on Remote Communication Anomaly Handling Methods for Special Transformer Data Acquisition Terminals

This paper conducts an in-depth study on the remote communication anomalies faced by specialized transformer data acquisition terminals during operation. By systematically analyzing the types and causes of communication anomalies, a complete system for fault diagnosis and handling is established. The research focuses on seven types of anomalies: SIM card detection failure, SIM card binding anomaly, signal not found, weak signal, failure to register with the master station, immediate disconnection after registration, and frequent online/offline switching, which account for $\mathbf{4. 8 1 \%}, \mathbf{2 1. 8 4 \%}, \mathbf{8. 1 0 \%}, \mathbf{3 5. 9 9 \%}$, $14.84 \%, 11.81 \%$, and 2.61% respectively. Based on actual cases and experimental data, targeted handling methods and optimization strategies are proposed. The research results indicate that the proposed handling methods can effectively enhance the stability and reliability of remote communication for specialized transformer data acquisition terminals. This method has increased the overall success rate of equipment maintenance to 95.19%, improved the terminal online rate from 99.78% to 99.97%, and enhanced the data acquisition success rate from 99.62% to 99.91%. It provides strong support for the efficient operation of the power user information collection system.
