A Study on Investment Decision Making for Power Grid Planning Considering Risk-Efficiency-Benefit
Aiming at the problem of uncertainty of grid investment risk and variability of investment demand, this paper constructs an optimization model for grid planning and investment decision-making considering risk-efficiency-benefit. On the one hand, the failure mode and impact analysis are improved by spherical fuzzy sets to rank and filter the risk indicators. On the other hand, the improved multi-objective sparrow search algorithm is used to solve the model, and the satisfactory solution is selected according to the VIKOR method, and the investment strategies to meet the differentiated decisionmaking preferences of different project types are further analyzed.
