Design of Dual-Terminal Compensation Network for MCR-WPT System
The wireless power transfer system pursues stable power transmission within a wide range of coupling coefficient, while the traditional resonant SS and LCC-S compensation topology is more sensitive, which means the output power fluctuation is large. In this paper, the dual-terminal compensation network is introduced in the detuned state of the transmitting terminal and a newly compensation network parameters design method is proposed, which increase the output power level under any power fluctuation degree. Furthermore, the impedance inverter network is adopted at the receiving terminal and a compensation network parameters design method is put forward, which realizes the output power stability in the wide coupling coefficient range. An experimental platform for anti-offset performance is built. The experimental result shows that within the range of coupling coefficients $(0.055,0.097),(0.114,0.189)$, and ($0.206,0.362$), the fluctuation degree of output power was less than $10 \%$, which signifies the above-mentioned parameter configuration methods are validated and the spatial freedom of the receiving equipment is extend significantly.
