Research on Comprehensive Evaluation Technology of New Energy Carrying Capacity in Distribution Networks Based on Demand Response
In the context of the “dual carbon” strategy, clean energy sources such as wind power and photovoltaic power are accelerating the replacement of traditional fossil energy sources, but the high proportion of new energy access causes problems such as voltage fluctuations in distribution networks and increased network losses. This paper constructs a comprehensive assessment system for distributed new energy carrying capacity in distribution networks and proposes a multi-dimensional assessment model that integrates the load demand response mechanism. By quantitatively analyzing the mechanism of the impact of new energy access on voltage and network loss, an optimization model aimed at maximum access capacity is established. Innovations include the dynamic weight determination method, the coupling mechanism of demand response and evaluation system, and the enhanced carrying capacity effect of the distributed layout. The research shows that reasonable planning of access locations and capacity can significantly increase the voltage level of the distribution network, and the carrying capacity in distributed and wind-solar hybrid access scenarios can increase by $10 \%$ to $20 \%$, and the demand response mechanism further optimizes the new energy consumption space through load regulation.
