Risk-constrained Economic Scheduling of Zero-Carbon Microgrids
Based on the flexibility of user loads, there is a possibility of temporary deviations from the day-ahead scheduled load, which may introduce a certain level of operational risk.To ensure both the security and economic efficiency of microgrid operation, a method is adopted that performs day-ahead prescheduling to analyze operational risks and designs economic compensation strategies to guide user load adjustments, followed by the formulation of a day-ahead execution plan.Using MATLAB, models for wind power, photovoltaics, energy storage, and loads are established to carry out simulation experiments for optimizing the charging and discharging strategies of energy storage systems. The potential operational risks and operational benefits during the day-ahead pre-scheduling and execution stages are analyzed. Under this approach, microgrid operational risks are reduced to below $20 \%$, while maximizing the operator’s economic returns as much as possible.
