Analysis and Evaluation Methods for the Acceptance of Large-scale New Energy by Regional Power Grids

Given the capacity limitations caused by the excessive proportion of new energy connected to the power grid and the problem of “restraint on wind and solar power generation”, a comprehensive architecture for the assessment system of new energy consumption based on full-condition simulation is constructed. A full-condition simulation model system suitable for the assessment of new energy consumption is established. This system takes into account factors such as the peak regulation capacity of the power grid, the stability of small disturbances, and transient stability. Through simulation analysis of typical grid faults, the results show that this system can effectively identify capacity bottlenecks, accurately quantify the assessment of connection capacity, and provide a scientific basis for the reasonable connection of photovoltaic power stations.
