Capacity Optimization of Wind-Hydrogen Coupled Systems Considering Both Economic Efficiency and Volatility
With the continuous expansion of wind power capacity, the issue of wind power output volatility has become increasingly prominent. Hydrogen energy storage, as a green, clean, and flexible storage technology, holds great promise for mitigating wind power output fluctuations. First, the physical system model is analyzed. Then, a multi-objective optimization model is established based on economic efficiency, wind power volatility evaluation indices, and physical constraints. Finally, an improved Non-dominated Sorting Genetic Algorithm II (NSGA-II) is employed to solve the multi-objective optimization problem, providing effective guidance for the capacity optimization and configuration of wind-hydrogen coupled systems.
