Recovery Control Strategy for Isolated Microgrids Based on LISS Theory
To ensure safe and stable restoration control of isolated microgrids, this paper proposes a restoration control strategy based on input-to-state stability (ISS) criteria. First, via simulation estimation, the local ISS and input-to-output stability (IOS) properties of grid-forming energy storage, grid-following PV, and other subsystems are analyzed, accounting for saturation effects. Then, according to the interconnected system stability criteria, an isolated microgrid restoration strategy with dynamic adjustment of subsystem initial operating points is developed. Finally, tests on a typical scenario of two islanded subsystems connecting to the grid verify the strategy’s effectiveness in microgrids with saturation-limited equipment.
