Multiobjective structural optimization design of LVDT displacement sensor
In order to optimize the static characteristics (nonlinearity, sensitivity, zero-point residual voltage) of LVDT displacement sensor, a parameterized electromagnetic simulation model of LVDT displacement sensor was established, and the support vector machine response surface model was used to model the design parameters of LVDT displacement sensor and the output parameters of nonlinearity, sensitivity, and zero-point residual voltage, and the sensitivity of each design parameter to nonlinearity, sensitivity, and zero residual voltage is obtained by calculating the Pearson correlation coefficient. The multi-objective optimization calculation was performed using the non-dominated sorting genetic algorithm II, and the Pareto optimal solution set was obtained. The relative optimal solution was obtained by screening the Pareto optimal solution set and the verification calculation was performed. After optimization, the static characteristics of LVDT displacement sensor have been greatly improved.
