Microleakage detection device for submarine gas pipeline based on forward-looking sonar system technological innovation
This paper introduces the design of micro-leakage detection device for submarine gas pipeline, including the design of forward-looking sonar system, transducer base array, circuit system and display control software. With the forward-looking sonar as the core, high-resolution acoustic imaging and gas leakage acoustic feature extraction are realized by optimizing the transducer base array layout and circuit system design. These designs help to improve the accuracy and reliability of microleakage detection in submarine gas pipelines. The test results show that the device can work stably in 100m water depth environment, and the detection distance of tiny leakage holes with a diameter of 5mm is more than 20m, and the false alarm rate is less than 5%, which effectively solves the detection bottleneck of the traditional method in the deep sea and the strong interference scenario.
