An acute presentation of Wunderlich’s syndrome with angiomyolipoma: a case report

This report presents a case of Wunderlich's syndrome caused by hemorrhage of renal angiomyolipomas, presenting as a medical emergency. Although renal angiomyolipomas are rare benign tumors, complications such as bleeding can occur. Clinicians should consider renal angiomyolipomas in patients with acute renal failure, anemia, and abdominal pain to enable early diagnosis and treatment.
