Beurteilung der Exposition von inkohärenter ultravioletter Strahlung (UV-A) bei Arbeiten im Reinraum
Assessment of exposure to incoherent ultraviolet radiation (UV-A) during work in clean rooms The occupational health assessment of incoherent optical radiation in the cleanroom poses a challenge under the specific workplace conditions. Based on the collected results, the real exposure and the associated health risks of employees due to UV-A light can be better assessed under standardized working procedures. With the new findings, the risk assessment for work with UV-A light in the cleanroom could be adjusted, an exemption permit according to §10 OStrV was obtained, and a series of alternative protective measures were established.
