Apodius hime gen. et sp. nov. (Copepoda, Cyclopoida, Chondracanthidae), parasitic on Hime japonica (Günther, 1877) (Teleostei) in Japan

Abstract Apodius hime gen. et sp. nov. is described based on specimens of both sexes recovered from the buccal cavity of the Japanese thread-sail fish, Hime japonica (Günther, 1877) (Aulopiformes, Aulopidae).
