CREATING A ZONE WITH SPECIAL CONDITIONS FOR TERRITORIAL USE FOR AN ELECTRIC GRID FACILITY BASED ON GIS TECHNOLOGIES

This article examines the specifics of creating and recording a zone with special conditions for land use for an electric grid facility, as well as the procedure for adding a security zone to the Unified State Register of Real Estate using MapInfo GIS and TechnoCad-Express. Using the example of a 35 kV overhead power line located in the town of Pokachi, Khanty-Mansi Autonomous Okrug – Yugra, the parameters of the security zone were calculated and a boundary map (plan) was prepared. After approval by stakeholders and Rostekhnadzor, the map was included in the real estate register.
