The results of the Chi-square statistical test obtained a P-value = 0.000 where the P-value <α (0.05) so that there is a significant relationship between motivation and compliance with triple elimination examinations. The results of the Chi-square statistical test obtained a P-value = 0.014 where the P-value <α (0.05) so that there is a significant relationship between family support and triple elimination examination compliance. The results of the Chi-square statistical test obtained a P-value = 0.000 where the P-value <α (0.05) so that there is a significant relationship between information sources and Triple Elimination Examination Compliance at the Cilaku Health Center, Cianjur Regency in 2023. The suggestion in this study is that pregnant women are expected to check their pregnancy regularly so that they can carry out triple elimination examinations properly so that their pregnancy development can still be monitored.
