Research on risk prediction method of power line under wind and ice load based on HHO-SVM model
Icing and wind-induced vibration are both issues that can lead to safety hazards in power transmission tower line systems. The loads experienced by the lines under wind and ice conditions can increase significantly, and the risk to line safety can also increase dramatically. Therefore, to avoid accidents such as line breakage, it is essential to predict load risks and take safety measures based on the prediction results. This paper, based on the premise of line icing prediction according to meteorological factors, combines other factors affecting the safety status of the tower and line, calculates the unreliability of the power transmission line based on the theory of line wind and ice load risk, and classifies the warning levels based on the line's unreliability. A multi-class model of support vector machine (SVM) is used to predict line risks, and the Harris hawk optimization (HHO) algorithm is used to optimize the parameters of the SVM model to improve its prediction accuracy and predict the line's future risk levels.
