An power outage range analysis method based on semantic address matching

With the continuous expansion of the scale of the power system and the improvement of users' requirements for power supply reliability, accurate and efficient outage range analysis has become the core demand of power dispatching and operation and maintenance management. The traditional outage range analysis method relies on manual query or simple topology association, which is easily affected by address expression irregularities, semantic ambiguity and other problems, resulting in insufficient analysis accuracy. For this reason, this paper proposes an outage range analysis method based on semantic address matching. The method first collects the outage address information fed back by users, and after preprocessing, uses natural language processing technology to realize address disambiguation, semantic matching and intelligent complement; relying on the existing grid "station-line-variable-household" topology, it completes the accurate matching between the user feedback address and the address of the power equipment, the address of the power user and the identification of the fault point, and finally realizes the accurate extraction and analysis of outage range. Case validation shows that the framework can effectively solve the problem of non-standardized address matching, significantly improve the accuracy and efficiency of power outage range analysis, and provide powerful support for rapid response to power failures and optimization of customer services.
