Planning optimization model for multi port intelligent soft switch with energy storage for flexible load regulation
Due to the large-scale grid connection of distributed energy, the volatility and uncertainty of the distribution network have been exacerbated, resulting in problems such as voltage over-limit and increased network losses. This paper proposes a two-tier programming method for multi-port intelligent soft open point integrated with energy storage system (E-SOP) considering flexible load control. Firstly, a mathematical model for the operation of multi-port E-SOP is established. Considering the uncertainty of distributed energy output and the demand response capability of flexible loads, a bilevel programming model of multi-port E-SOP is built. The upper layer aims at minimizing the annual comprehensive cost to determine the port connection position of E-SOP, the size of the built-in energy storage capacity and the transmission capacity of the intelligent soft switch. The lower layer aims at minimizing the comprehensive operating cost of the distribution network on fault days and non-fault days to achieve the reasonable optimization of active and reactive power of the distribution network. Finally, taking the improved IEEE 33 distribution system as an example for case study analysis, the simulation results show that the bilevel programming method proposed in this paper can exert the maximum regulation effect of E-SOP and effectively improve the economy and stable operation capacity of the distribution network.
