Effective Methods for Studying of the Plane E-Polarized Wave Scattering from a Coplanar System of Two Conductive Strips

Different methods for examinations of the Epolarized electromagnetic wave scattering from coplanar system of two conductive strips are presented. A modification of the method of integral equation is used to obtain basic onedimensional mathematical model. Then, the Lord Rayleigh method was applied to obtain a solution of the scattering problem in an explicit analytical form, which significantly narrows the frequency range. To find a solution of the scattering problem in the entire frequency range, we ought to apply well-known and well-grounded direct numerical method. This is a variant of the mechanical quadrature method with a targeted selection of node points and points of collocations. A series of numeric experiments are realized and presented.
