Design and Implementation of GPS/Beidou Second Pulse Synchronous Sampling Scheme
The deployment of synchronous sampling function in new distribution network terminal devices aims to achieve synchronous sampling of distribution network fault waveforms and support the implementation of centralized fault analysis technology for new distribution networks. Firstly, this paper introduces the principle of GPS/Beidou second pulse synchronization, crystal oscillator selection, and crystal oscillator timing deviation calculation. Secondly a software synchronization scheme based on second pulse synchronization for frequency shift processing of sampling pulses was proposed and the synchronous sampling function was implemented in the FTU controller of the distribution terminal. Finally, an experimental testing environment was established and the accuracy of synchronous sampling was verified through real equipment testing meeting the design requirements.
