Decentralized Coordination Decision Model for Shared Pumped Storage Power Stations
This article develops a decentralized coordination decision-making model for multi province shared pumped storage power stations. The model first schedules the capacity of its own pumped storage power stations based on load smoothness by each province according to its own goals. Then, based on the scheduling results of pumped storage power stations in each province, the regional power grid aims to minimize the modification amount to maximize the satisfaction of each province, and to ensure compliance with operational constraints of pumped storage power stations. decision-making model for decentralized coordination of multi province shared pumped storage power stations are provided. Simulation calculations show that the electricity error between the proposed coordination model and the requirements of pumped storage scheduling in each province is 0.36%.
