Collaborative control method of distributed resources under typhoon disasters
In response to the shortcomings of the above research, an optimization method for power supply guarantee and recovery of distribution network is presented based on an improved binary particle swarm algorithm, considering the recovery of important loads in an active distribution network containing distributed power sources and energy storage. Typhoon and flood disaster models is proposed and Monte Carlo sampling method is usded to simulate and generate fault scenarios for distribution network after disaster. Considering wind power output, with the goal of maximizing the total load recovery and minimizing power outage losses, while minimizing network losses, optimizing energy storage and controllable load regulation, an optimization model for power supply guarantee and recovery is established, and the solver CPLEX in the MATLAB toolbox is used to solve the proposed model by an improved IEEE-33 distribution network.
