A fiber-coupled laser collimation system to avoid FOV aliasing of scanning 3D environmental detection LiDAR
FOV (Field of View) Aliasing is one of the important factors limiting the performance of scanning 3D environment detection LiDAR. In order to avoid FOV (Field of View) Aliasing in scanning 3D environment detection LiDAR, a fibercoupled collimation system was designed based on an application example of scanning 3D environment detection LiDAR. The system can achieve fiber-coupled collimated output and avoid FOV (Field of View) Aliasing. The system parameters were determined through optical design and tolerance analysis, with a 5mm aperture, a 16.55mm focal length, and a divergence angle of 0.26mrad. The system has a transmission rate of more than 95% for fiber-coupled collimation.
