MAGNETIC TREATMENT OF HIGH-VISCOSITY OIL EMULSION DURING ITS TRANSPORTATIONTHROUGH PIPELINES OF VARIOUS DIAMETERS AND PUMP-COMPRESSOR PIPES

The presented article examines the peculiarities of magnetic processing of highly viscous oil emulsion during its transportation through pipelines of various diameters and pump-compressor pipes. Analysis of permanent magnets for magnetizing devices was carried out. In particular, these are structures in which the internal section of the pipeline is completely occupied by the magnetic system. The channel for liquid is a channel of annular cross-section between the outer surface of the pipeline and the inner surface of the casing. The device implements mutually perpendicular directions of magnetization of ring magnets. The high economic attractiveness of this type of fight against ARPD was noted. This increase between the cleaning period by several times leads to significant savings in carrying out scheduled cleaning of tubing. The absence of downtime of the well leads to an increase in the amount of extracted oil and a decrease in the negative impact on the formation in the process of frequent jamming of the well. At the same time, the cost of the magnetic device itself can sometimes be compared with the costs of carrying out one or two planned cleaning of tubing by chemical or mechanical methods. During operation - about ten years, the magnetic device pays for itself many times over and brings a significant profit. In general, consideration of such designs confirms that devices with a long length of working channels, with a long duration of magnetic processing, are used for antiparaffin use. As a rule, a multiple magnetic field created with the help of periodic magnetic systems is used. At the same time, the devices considered here, of course, do not exhaust the variety of their designs, in addition, the thickness of the ring magnets is 2-4 times smaller than the thickness of the pole tips. Taking this into account, the authors improved the method of liquid treatment with a magnetic field and the magnetic device itself - an antiparaffin magnetic device (МАD). The device uses ring magnets with mutually perpendicular magnetization directions. The device is a magnetic pipeline, on the axis of which, on a non-magnetic rod, a sequence of axially and radially magnetized magnets is fixed. Extremely high magnetic properties and rather weak temperature changes in magnetization make MADs extremely promising. In addition, the extremely high coercive power of the magnets used in the MAD makes them less susceptible to the influence of various destabilizing factors. This makes it possible to easily ensure the stability of the parameters of devices with such magnets even in difficult operating conditions. The obtained results allowed the research and design institute of OJSC «Ukrnafta» to recommend the use of magnetic antiparaffinic devices on wells with highly paraffinic oil from the Boryslav field.
