CORRELATION AND DISPERSION ANALYSIS OF AGING DEPENDENCES OF INSULATIONSYSTEMS OF ASYNCHRONOUS ELECTRIC MOTOR VAZ215

The article presents a comprehensive scientific study of seven interrelated dependencies of the degradation process of insulation systems of stator windings of VAZ 215/109-6AMO5 electric motors used in the drives of the main circulation pumps of the VVER-1000 nuclear reactors, using modern statistical tools. The scientific analysis focuses on a comparative study of these dependencies using advanced statistical techniques to verify their similarity and confirm the correlation identity of the method for determining the residual life of insulation by measuring the breakdown voltage of the insulation system of stator windings at the stage of post- production control. The scientific novelty of the study lies in the development of a comprehensive methodological approach to the comparative analysis of classical analytical methods for assessing the aging processes of insulating systems, including a comparison of the Montzinger, Van't Hoff-Arrhenius and Dakin dependencies with the obtained averaged dependence and the insulation breakdown method based on mathematical and statistical tools. The conducted dispersion analysis allowed us to establish that the calculated value of F is statistically significantly less than the critical value, which does not provide grounds for rejecting the null hypothesis about the homogeneity of the studied groups. This circumstance indicates a high degree of correlation and fundamental similarity of the studied dependencies, including the method for determining the residual life by measuring the breakdown voltage of the insulation system of stator windings at the stage of post-production control. The practical significance of the study lies in the development of a scientific and methodological approach to express diagnostics of the residual life of insulating systems of electrical devices, which provides the ability to predict the state of insulating materials and optimize maintenance strategies in the electrical industry. The presented scientific approach expands the methodological basis for diagnosing the state of insulating materials and opens up new prospects for the unification of methods for assessing their degradation processes.
