Short circuit level and power quality variations

The aim of this paper is to explore a methodology for assessing the effect of System Strength on Power Quality (PQ) Variations specifically voltage fluctuations and harmonics. This methodology will assist in identifying hotspot(s) in the Irish Distribution Network where potential PQ variations might be an issue.
