Peningkatan Dukungan Transparansi Dan Akuntabilitas Dana Bos Melalui Penguatan Kemampuan IT Bendahara DI SDN 2 Imbanagara Raya

This research explores the need to strengthen IT skills for school treasurers in improving BOS management at SDN 2 Imbanagara Raya. This study aims to see further that BOS treasurers are able to master technological skills related to managing BOS funds. The research subject was the BOS treasurer at SDN 2 Imbanagara Raya which was conducted in the 2022 BOS fiscal year. The data collection method was through observation, direct questioning, and review of important records. The evidence obtained was further investigated through a qualitative descriptive analysis. The end of this research proves significant progress in increasing the ability to manage BOS funds carried out by the BOS treasurer after being given IT capacity strengthening through participation in participating in computer-based training, special training related to IT implementation regarding the online BOS reporting system, and other training which are independent. This is also evidenced by the achievement of openness and accountability in the management of BOS which was carried out effectively and efficiently.
