SELECTED ASPECTS OF STATE SUPPORT FOR PRIVATE SUBSIDIARY FARMS

In the modern Russian Federation, state support for private subsidiary farms plays a significant role in the development of agriculture and improving the lives of the population. Personal subsidiary farms, or private farms, are an important element of the national economy, ensuring the country's food security and contributing to the preservation of traditional forms of agriculture. However, many private farms face various difficulties and limitations that may hinder their development. The article examines the problems of legal regulation of state support for personal subsidiary farms in the Russian Federation, and compares the types and volume of state support for rural residents who run private subsidiary farms. Regional regulatory legal acts, in particular those of the Sverdlovsk region, regulating issues of regional support for personal subsidiary farms, are presented. Based on statistical data, a comparison of this support and subsidies in various regions of the Russian Federation is carried out.
