PROBLEMS OF STATE SUBSIDIZATION OF PEASANT FARMS

State subsidies to peasant farms are an important tool for supporting agriculture and rural development. However, despite the positive aspects of this measure, it also faces a number of challenges and causes debate. The article examines the issues of legal regulation of financing peasant farms in the Russian Federation, identifies the main areas of state support for farmers, based on current legislation. The indicators of the state program for the development of agriculture and regulation of agricultural products, raw materials and food markets are analyzed, and the forms of financial support for peasant farms are identified. The specifics of farm subsidies for 2025 in the Russian Federation have been determined.
