Research on 3D Graphene Aerogel‐Supported Bi 2 MoO 6 Composites
Abstract 3D graphene aerogels serve as conductive carriers to load Bi 2 MoO 6 and form Bi 2 MoO 6 /graphene aerogel (BMO6/3DrGO) composites. The characteristic emission intensity of BMO6/3DrGO is significantly reduced due to the decreased photoelectron recombination and the increased photoelectron transfer by 3DrGO. ID/IG of BMO6/3DrGO is calculated to be 1.21 due to defects and edges from 3DrGO. The effect of 3DrGO content on the photoelectric performances of BMO6 is investigated and the possible electron transfer mechanism is proposed. At the 3DrGO content of 15%, the transient photocurrent response of BMO6/3DrGO achieves a maximum of 2.88 µA cm −2 , which is 16 times higher than that of BMO6. The linear voltammetry scanning curve reaches the highest current density of 2.72 × 10 −5 µA cm −2 , which is three times as high as that of pure BMO6. The increment of the photocurrent density is due to the excellent electrical conductivity and structure of 3DrGO, which promotes the transfer of photoelectrons to the external circuit. Electrochemical impedance and MottSchottky analyses indicate that a certain proportion of 3DrGO are beneficial for the decrease of charge transport resistance, the reduce of electron‐hole recombination, and the increase of carrier density from 5.31 × 1019 to 6.90 × 1020 cm −3 .
