Plant Phenotypic Feature Recognition Method Based on Deep Learning Algorithms
With the rapid development of artificial intelligence technology, deep learning has been increasingly applied in the field of image recognition, becoming an important force in promoting agricultural modernization and precision agriculture. This paper deeply explores the comprehensive design and implementation process of a plant phenotypic feature recognition system based on deep learning, focusing on the specific application of convolutional neural networks and YOLO algorithms in the recognition of plant leaves and their disease characteristics. Through efficient and accurate image recognition technology, this system provides a new means of pests and diseases detection and prevention for agricultural practitioners, effectively reducing the consumption of human and material resources and significantly improving agricultural production efficiency [3].
