Self-protection of labor rights in Russia and China: a comparative legal analysis

A comparative legal study of self-defense as a way to protect the labor rights of an employee in Russia and China allows us to conclude that its legal regulation is insufficient in both countries. And if in the Labor Code of the Russian Federation the norms on self-defense are separated into a separate, albeit clearly incomplete, chapter, then the institution of self-defense of the rights of an employee in the PRC is still at the stage of formation, since the right to refuse to work is fixed, but material guarantees of the rights of an employee in connection with such a refusal are not provided.
