Self-employment at the present stage

The article examines the issues of legal regulation of relations in independent employment, which is carried out by the applicant directly contacting the employer without the involvement of intermediary organizations. The authors consider this type of employment to be quite effective, but point out that employers often commit violations in this type of employment. Attention is also drawn to the variety of judicial practice on refusals to hire in independent employment. The issue of the use of modern technologies is touched upon, which, in the opinion of the authors, is not always legally regulated.
