Modern Labor Law in the Republic of Kazakhstan: main Directions of Development

Over the past 25 years, the situation in the economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan and, most importantly, in thepublic consciousness of Kazakhstani citizens has changed significantly. The reform of labor legislation was aimed at incorporating into legal acts certain institutions of labor law that are new to Kazakhstan, but are already widely known and actively used in global practice, taking into account national specifics.
