A integração da ortodontia digital e da harmonização orofacial: Impactos funcionais, estéticos e empreendedores na odontologia contemporânea

The integration between Digital Orthodontics and Orofacial Harmonization represents one of the greatest innovations in contemporary Dentistry, combining technology, aesthetics, and science to enhance clinical practice. This study aims to analyze the functional, aesthetic, and entrepreneurial impacts resulting from the association of these two areas, considering their implications for health, quality of life, and the dental market. The methodology consisted of a bibliographic and documentary review, qualitative in nature, covering publications from 2023 to 2024 in national and international databases, in addition to regulatory documents related to dental practice. The results showed that Digital Orthodontics increases treatment predictability, favoring diagnostic precision and functional stability, while Orofacial Harmonization enhances facial harmony and muscle balance, generating greater aesthetic and emotional satisfaction in patients. From an entrepreneurial perspective, the integration of these resources strengthens the strategic positioning of dental professionals, expands the scope of clinical practice, and creates new business opportunities. It is concluded that the integration of Digital Orthodontics and Orofacial Harmonization stands out as a model of excellence in Dentistry, by uniting science, technological innovation, and strategic management, constituting a competitive advantage and a promising path for future research.
