JUAL BELI IKAN MELALUI PENIMBUNAN DALAM COLD STORAGE DI DESA TANJUNG LUAR KECAMATAN KERUAK LOMBOK TIMUR (STUDI PERSPEKTIF HUKUM EKONOMI SYARIAH)
Economic activities in the current era of globalization are increasingly rapid. Economic activities are developing along with the increasing population. One of the economic activities that is developing and becoming one of the most basic needs is food. Economic activities in every field always have problems between sellers and buyers, both in terms of the rights of sellers and the rights of buyers who are harmed. We can see this in the act of buying and selling by hoarding fish in Cold Storage carried out by several sellers in Indonesia, such as the act of hoarding fish in Cold Storage carried out by fish sellers in Tanjung Luar, Keruak District, East Lombok. Buying and selling fish in Tanjung Luar has become a habit or daily activity and this habit makes entrepreneurs or fish sellers ignore their rights and obligations and this can be detrimental to buyers. This research is a qualitativedescriptive research using field research techniques. The population in this study is the community in Tanjung Luar Village. Data collection techniques using observation, documentation, and interviews with related parties such as community leaders/interest parties. The results of the study show that the practice of buying and selling fish in Tanjung Luar Village, Keruak District, East Lombok Regency still occurs in practices that can harm the community or buyers, this is due to the elements of hoarding and poorquality fish because they are stored or stored in Cold Storage for too long. Then in the perspective of Sharia Economic Law, the practice of buying and selling fish in Cold Storage is not in accordance with sharia provisions because there are elements of hoarding and fish buying and selling transactions that are detrimental to buyers.
