Prospects for strengthening responsibility for behavior in marriage in the process of legal integration with the legislation of the European Union

Over the past thirty years, we have witnessed major, global changes such as the change in the geopolitical structure of the world, as well as small, but no less important changes in social relations. The impact of these changes on society is an incentive for scientists and the state apparatus to adapt legal regulation, to adapt to new socio-economic realities. Only timely updating and improvement of the regulatory framework will allow harmonization of domestic legislation with the legislation of the European Union, with the standards that exist in this geopolitical formation of like-minded people who strive to ensure human rights. Every time we talk about the integration of Ukraine into the pan-European space, a well-founded proposal arises to adapt the norms of current legislation, including civil law, to the requirements of the European Union. At the same time, legal integration does not mean changing domestic legislation to EU legislation.
