Workshop penguatan kedaulatan pangan dan teknologi untuk mewujudkan kesejahteraan warga Kota Jakarta

Food reinforcement is one of the strategic issues that is a major concern for metropolitan cities, especially Jakarta. With the challenges of limited land and increasing population, it is important for all stakeholders to work together in formulating sustainable policies. This is the basis for the importance of holding a workshop on strengthening food sovereignty and technology to realize the welfare of Jakarta residents. The workshop activity is part of community service that was held on February 3, 2025 at the Skyline Thamrin Building, Central Jakarta. The activity was organized by Jakarta Pangan Watch in collaboration with the Universitas Sains Indonesia. Community service begins with preparation, implementation and evaluation/reporting. This paper aims to publish the results of the formulation of long-term solutions in increasing Jakarta's food sovereignty through synergy between various parties and a concrete strategy design in strengthening the food system in Jakarta. The result of the workshop is that the Universitas Sains Indonesia is ready to be a strategic partner in realizing food security in Jakarta. In addition, full support is needed from all stakeholders, including local governments, the banking sector, and BUMD.
