Spor Yapan Bireylerde Sosyal Fiziksel Kaygıya İlişkin Çalışmaların Sistematik İncelenmesi

The aim of this study is to determine the general status of the related literature by examining the articles, master's and doctoral theses published in Turkey about social physical anxiety in individuals engaged in sports. For this purpose, the systematic review model, which is one of the qualitative research methods, was adopted. The data group of the research consists of postgraduate theses in the National Thesis Center database of the Council of Higher Education and articles in academic databases. In this context, 44 studies on social physical anxiety in individuals doing sports between 2006 and 2024 were analyzed. The studies were analyzed in terms of 7 criteria. In the analysis of the data, Excel and Word programs were used to determine the findings related to the criteria. Then, code-subcode section models in the findings related to the criteria were developed with the help of MAXQDA 2020 program. Finally, MAXQDA 2020 was used to create the code cloud. The results showed that there was a relationship between social physical anxiety and the other variable. Both positive and negative relationships were frequently observed in the relationship with the other variable. The most common associated variables were self-perception and satisfaction with body image. When 44 studies were analyzed in terms of the findings regarding the factors affecting social physical anxiety, gender, age, no factor and family income status were used.
